Corporal Chris Middleton: Tredyffrin Police Officer Of Year 2022-23
Middleton received a round of applause from the township supervisors and spectators at the recent township meeting.

TREDYFFRIN, PA — Tredyffrin Superintendent of Police T. Michael Beaty praised Chris Middleton for extraordinary police work when awarding Middleton “Officer of the Year” at a recent township meeting.
Middleton was also promoted to corporal after six and a half years as a patrolman.
Beaty said Middleton is a leader in arrests and has been working in a driving under the influence unit.

The superintendent noted that Middleton was also recognized by his peers for exemplary work. There are 42 officers in Tredyffrin.
“He’s one of those people who is working day in and day out,” Beaty said. “If you are a resident of Tredyffrin, you want him on the street. He’s out there, going the extra step of the way every day. We can’t thank him enough Congratulations, Chris. Thank you for your service and dedication."

Middleton has been with the department for six and a half years as a patrolman. He is a field training officer. He was recently promoted to corporal.
A graduate of Penn State University, Middleton also worked as an officer in Norristown and Lower Chichester.
