TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Tredyffrin Township have launched a new monthly report that they said aims to keep residents updated and enhance transparency in the department.

The first installment of the new monthly report includes details on scams and frauds, investigations, training, community policing, and of course crime incidents.

  • Burglary — 4
  • Robbery — 0
  • Larceny/Theft — 19
  • Vehicle Theft — 0
  • Vandalism — 7
  • Drug Offenses — 3
  • Driving Under the Influence — 7
  • Identity Theft/Fraud — 21
  • Public Drunkenness — 1
  • Disorderly Conduct — 21
  • All Other — 10

The report says Tredyffrin Police detectives were assigned to 33 investigations and to follow up on related crimes. This resulted in 22 cases being cleared at 14 arrests, according to the report.

Additionally, the report features details on general police patrol activities.
