"This region is loaded with an abundance of great artisanal cheeses, organic produce, and local meats," said Executive Chef Matt Schuler. "Those special ingredients paired with my passion for fine food is what I will bring to Ella's."

"I grew up on a farm, so fresh ingredients were always available. My father, a great cook and wine connoisseur, taught me about food and wine," said Wetherill, who also owns Devon Hill BMW dealership.

The select wine list will offer some of Wetherill's favorites with approximately 50 bottles and 12 wines by the glass.

Executive Chef Matt Schuler was born in Lancaster County and attended Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC. After graduation, Schuler worked as a corporate chef in Charleston before returning to Lancaster County in 2002. More recently, Chef Schuler was the culinary instructor at The Pennsylvania School for Culinary Arts in Lancaster.

Hours of operation:

Lunch: Monday - Friday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Dinner: Monday - Thursday 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Friday & Saturday 5 - 10 p.m.
