TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Tredyffrin Township released their monthly report for December, highlighting police activity in the township from last month.

- On Dec. 1, 2025, officers obtained an arrest warrant for an adult female who is accused of fleeing from officers on Nov. 30, 2025. The subject was operating her vehicle in excess of 100 miles per hour when officers attempted to stop her. She is charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless driving, maximum speeds, and operating an unregistered vehicle. She turned herself in on Dec. 3, 2025.
- On Dec. 5, 2025, officers arrested and charged an adult male from Downingtown following an investigation into a "hit-and-run" crash that occurred in September 2025. On that date, the individual struck two vehicles on State Route 202 before fleeing from the scene. The subject is charged with duty to give information or render aid, immediate notice of accident to police, careless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and driving a vehicle at safe speeds.
- On Dec. 15, 2025, officers arrested and charged an adult male from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, after they were dispatched to a suspicious person incident at Wilson Farm Park. The subject was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a stolen Pennsylvania State Police vehicle registration plate. The subject was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- On Dec. 21, 2025, officers arrested and charged an adult female from Berwyn after responding to a reported motor vehicle crash. Further investigation revealed that the crash was the result of a domestic disagreement between the driver and passenger, who grabbed the steering wheel, forcing the vehicle off the road into a drainage ditch. She is charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
- On Dec. 23, 2025, officers arrested and charged an adult male after responding to the Paoli Train Station for a report of an individual in and out of consciousness. The officers contacted the individual, who would not provide correct identifying information and eventually attempted to flee from the officers. Officers were able to gain control of the subject after a brief foot chase, and he was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and more than $1,000 worth of items he had stolen from the Paoli Acme. He was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, evading arrest or detention on foot, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing false identification to law enforcement.
- On Dec. 31, 2025, officers responded to the Berwyn section of Tredyffrin Township for the report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. Officers determined that the incident not only involved a motor vehicle crash, but a domestic assault that was occurring inside one of the vehicles. As a result, an adult male from Philadelphia was charged with simple assault, harassment, and driving while operating privilege is suspended. An adult female from Philadelphia was charged with indirect criminal contempt related to a Protection From Abuse Order violation.
