Fast Forward: Speeding up a Slow Traffic Signal
Waiting at a slow light can be a frustrating experience. Patch puts the light for southbound traffic turning from Old Lancaster Road onto Lancaster Pike in Fast Forward.
Drivers trying to turn onto or cross Lancaster Pike in Berwyn from southbound Lancaster Road faced a challenge and a back up as they waited by the Berwyn Station Apartments at noon on Tuesday. Traffic turning from Old Lancaster Road got about 11 seconds per green light, letting an average of seven cars through at a time, and backing things up onto Howellville Road.
