Flood Advisory and Watch For Wednesday
Soaking rains prompt flood watch through Wednesday night. Some light snow is possible overnight into Thursday.

The National Weather Service NWS has issued a flood advsory for Chester County through 10:45 Wednesday morning.
According to the NWS "a flood advisory means river or stream flows are elevated or ponding of water in urban or other areas is occuring or is imminent."
A flood watch means "there is potential for flooding based on current forecasts."

According to the NWS, the rain is expected to mix with and then change to snow (Wednesday) night before ending. There could be a burst of snow overnight with a quick coating to an inch or two in some spots. The higher elevations have a greater chance of getting some accumulating snow.

The sun should be back by Thursday morning, but with much colder temperatures and highs only forecast in the 40's through the weekend.
