CAPCO Chariwoman Victoria Smith says the party is organized by parents to give prom-goers a safe and fun after party. This year's party is planned for Dave & Busters in Plymouth Meeting. She estimates the cost will be about $85 per student. CAPCO is hoping to raise as much of the money in advance as possible to keep out of pocket costs to the students low and to encourage them to attend.

The after-prom event is planned as a way for students to have fun while staying safe and sober. Smith says tentative plans include offering students transportation from Conestoga to Dave and Busters and back. The Conestoga Junior Prom is scheduled for May 19 at Springfield Country Club.
