Heads Up Closes Down
Barbershop at the center of a massive drug sting operation closes.
Heads Up, the barber shop at the center of a massive regional illegal drug case, has closed down.
Shop owner Anthony Davis and his brother are accused of running a major drug distribution network in the region. The investigation began in late 2008 when Tredyffrin Township police began getting evidence in smaller drug arrests that eventually led to a massive investigation involving many local and federal law enforcement agencies.
Set back from the road at the corner of Upper Gulph Road and Fairview Avenue the, Heads Up barbershop is next to a small graveyard with many toppled headstones and only a long tee shot away from the St. David's Golf Club. Prior to making major headlines, it's a building drivers might not have even noticed while approaching the intersection of Upper Gulph and Radnor Roads from the east.Â
