Help T&E Care Makes Christmas Wishes Come True for Neighbors in Need.

T & E Care is looking for help from the community to help make the holiday brighter for families coping with some tough times.

You can help neighbors right here in Tredyffrin and Easttown.  According to the Holiday Drive Section of the group's website "as in 2010, this year our list includes many families in the area who could use help getting presents, gift cards, and food for the holidays.   Times continue to be difficult for many!  The local churches are doing programs for some families - and we are coordinating our efforts so we don't duplicate support."

says the need is greater than ever before and your help is welcome and needed.

You can click here for complete details on what items are needed and where you can drop off donations.  The deadline for donations is Sunday, December 11.

Many local organizations and families have already helped but more assistance is needed. A small donation or act of kindness can make a big difference to a child, and to parents who may find themselves (often for the first time) struggling to not only to buy a few Christmas gifts but simply to pay for groceries, utility bills and other basics.

Editor's Note: The T&E Care website thanks many people, businesses and organizations who have already made a difference for their neighbors by taking part in the holiday drive. They deserve a salute here as well for helping to make TE a great place to live and work.
