Nighttime Road Work Continues on Lancaster Ave at 252 in Paoli

Overnight work is part of a larger Aqua PA water main project.

Crews with jackhammers and portable lights are expected to be working on Lancaster Ave./Route 30 and Route 252 through early Friday morning.  The work is part of an ongoing water main installation along 252 from just south of the entrance to Paoli Shopping Center to Darby-Paoli Road.

A crew supervisor on the site Monday night told Patch the work is being done from 8 p.m.- 6 a.m. to try to reduce the amount of disruption to traffic on the busy stretch of Lancaster Ave.

The Lancaster Ave. work is expected to continue on the overnight shift all this week.
