Police Log: Tredyffrin Arrests For Driving Under the Influence

These suspects are awaiting preliminary hearings for drunken driving and driving under the influence of illegal drugs.

TREDYFFRIN, PA - Five suspects were stopped by police on roadways in Tredyffrin Township for drunken driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

The legal limit to operate a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth is .08%.

Individuals who refuse a test may be subjected to a license suspension of 12 months, which runs consecutively with any other suspensions.

The suspension will be 18 months if the driver has a prior refusal suspension, a prior DUI conviction, or any similar prior offense.

  • Alicia Hitchcock, 30 of Philadelphia is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of fentanyl, Ketamine, Phenobarbital, and Trazodone on Oct. 18.
  • Darline Ortiz, 29 of Reading, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of Phencyclidine, recklessness endangering another person and related charges during a stop on Oct. 21.
  • Jeffrey Hiller, 51 of Collegeville, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on drunken driving and related charges. Police said he had a blood-alcohol content of PA 0.135% on Oct. 25.
  • David Todd, 58 of Wayne, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of drunken driving and related charges on Oct. 20. Police said he had a blood-alcohol content of 0.262% following a motor vehicle crash
  • Sean Willcox, 32 of West Chester, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of drunken driving on Oct. 20. Police said he had a blood-alcohol content of .184%
