Shusterman Welcomes Easttown & Willistown Residents To D-157
The new redistricting maps started this week, which adds two Chester County municipalities to the state House district.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA —Melissa Shusterman, a Democratic state representative, welcomed the residents of Easttown and Willistown township to District 157.
Under a new Pennsylvania redistricting map that is based on the 2020 census, the district covers Easttown, Tredyffrin, Willistown, and Schuylkill townships.
The district covers 41.2 square miles and has a population of 62,926.

“The new legislative session in Pennsylvania began this week," Shusterman said Friday. “This also means that new district boundaries -- determined by the 2020 Census -- are now in effect.”
Shusterman thanked the residents of Schuylkill and Tredyffrin townships for their continued support and trust.

“It is an honor and privilege to serve as your representative in Harrisburg,” she said. "Our concerns and opinions matter to me. My staff and I can also assist with a variety of state services in our district office.”
Shusterman is serving a third, two-year term after defeating Republican challenger Sarah Marvin in the November election.
