Small but intense storms hit scattered areas of Chester County from west of West Chester to and east along the Main Line into Delaware County, Philadelphia and New Jersey early Thursday evening.
A PECO spokeswoman told TE Patch the vast majority of utility's reported total of 2,300 power outtages were in Delaware County. Â As of 7p.m. the spokeswoman could not pinpoint the exact location or number of power problems in Chester County. CBS Philly.com reported some problems with roads and power including Tredyffrin but did not specify locations.
Trees were reported down on Swedesford Road in Exton and on Darby-Paoli Road in Radnor. TE Patch has not found or confirmed any power or road problems in Tredyffrin.
