This 1-hour community CPR class will teach those that have never learned CPR before to call for help, to perform HANDS-ONLY CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). We will also teach choking relief for a conscious victim.

This not-for-profit class is being offered to your community to raise awareness of how ANYONE, regardless of age / experience / physical limitation can save a life. When someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest, it is the bystanders that call for help and start immediate CPR that play a crucial role in that victim’s survival. You’ll learn about the American Heart Association’s Chain of Survival, and how important your role in that chain is.
