Seasonal Shift: Are You Ready for an Early Sunset?

For some, the first day of standard time can be a tough adjustment. How about you?

Sunday's sunrise came at 6:37 a.m., one hour earlier than Saturday morning, as the eastern United States went back to standard time.

That means sunset will come an hour earlier. According to the NOAA website official sunset in Paoli is at 4:54 p.m. Sunday night with twilight lasting until 5:23 p.m..

For some people the shift in from daylight saving time to standard time can be a tough adjustments as commutes home are now going to be in the dark. For others, the earlier sunrise makes getting up and getting going easier.
