Tredyffrin July Police Log
Police arrested suspects for identity theft, drunken driving, retail theft, road rage and more in July.

TREDYFFRIN, PA —A 56-year-old Philadelphia man is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail after police stopped him on July 24 for driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township, according to court records.
Brian Davis is also accused of stealing a purse in a retail store before he was stopped by police. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of identity theft, receiving stolen property, and related offenses.

- Meghan March, 22, of West Chester was arrested on July 17 on charges of drunken driving and related charges. Police said March had a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent after being in a one-vehicle crash. An individual is legally intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent, according to Pennsylvania law.
- Kelly Anne Durante, 34, of Devon is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail on charges of fraud, theft, and related offenses. Police said Durante stole funds from her employer in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Courtney Hunter, 30, of Wayne, was arrested on charges of retail theft on July 15 after police were called to a store in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township. She is free on $5,000 bail awaiting disposition of her case.
- Anthony Sheppard, 25, of Philadelphia, was arrested on July 15 on charges of received stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle, and possessing controlled substances. Police said he was driving a stolen vehicle. He is free on $20,000 bail awaiting disposition of his case.
- Luke Balanda, 40, of Souderton, Bucks County, is free on $15,000 bail on charges of possessing instruments of crime, endangering another person, and related charges. Police said Balanda was involved in a road rage incident on July 15 in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Grant Graham, 31, of Philadelphia, is free on $15,000 bail on charges of possessing illegal drugs and weapon offenses during a traffic stop. Police said Grahm was operating a vehicle while his license was suspected.
- Natasha McIntyre, 37, of Wayne is free on $15,000 bail awaiting court disposition on charges of simple assault and harassment after police responded to a domestic disturbance in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
