Tredyffrin Police: Multiple Charges of Public Drunkenness

• Around 5 p.m. Jan. 23 on North Valley Road in Paoli, Janusz Baran, 57, of Paoli was charged with public drunkenness after officers observed him to be visibly intoxicated.
• Around 11:50 p.m. Jan. 23 at Home Properties of Devon, Justin Chiusolo, 34, of Devon was charged with public drunkenness after officers observed him to be visibly intoxicated.
• Around 5 pm. Jan. 24 at Antoinette’s Day Spa in Paoli, Suzanne Donahue, 51, of Phoenixville was charged with public drunkenness after officers observed her to be visibly intoxicated.
