Tredyffrin Township February Police Log

Tredyffrin Police issue a report of arrests in February.

Arrests:

  • Thomas Dardarian, 51, Broomall, Delaware County, is free on bail on charges of railroad vandalism and accidents involving damage to unattended property after police responded to the Paoli Train Station for a reported motor vehicle crash. Police said Dardarian struck railroad property with his vehicle, causing damage, before fleeing on foot. Further information is not yet available.
  • Ding Wang, 43, Wayne, is free on $25,000 bail on charges of strangulation, simple assault, and harassment after police responded to a residence in the Wayne section of the township for a reported domestic incident.

  • Brandon Marcoux, 29, of Malvern, is free on $15,000 bail to await a preliminary hearing on charges of fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer after failing to stop after police observed multiple traffic violations. Officers discontinued the pursuit for safety reasons, but later discovered Marcoux’s vehicle abandoned after it ran off the road. Marcoux fled on foot in the Strafford section of Tredyffrin Township where officers found him hiding behind a residence. It was later discovered there were multiple active criminal warrants for Marcoux’s arrest.

In Pennsylvania an individual is considered intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08%.

Suspects are charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs.

  • Frank Williams, 43, of Norristown Combination of alcohol, marijuana, and Oxycodone.
  • Crystal Fortini, 27, of Enola, Cumberland County – Combination of amphetamines, methamphetamines, Bonzoylecgonine, Fentanyl, and Norfentanyl.
  • Marquese Jones, 32, of Philadelphia - blood-alcohol content .162%.
  • Warinthon Pangkasank, 46, of Wayne - blood-alcohol content of .371% following a motor vehicle crash.
  • Lindsay Cunningham, 25, of Gladstone, N.J. blood-alcohol content of 244%.
  • Matthew Kasparian, 53, of Coatesville, combination of Gabapentin and Opiates following a motor vehicle crash.

The following suspects were arrested on outstanding warrants:

Patrick Loftus, 22, of North Wales, turned himself in to police after he was notified there was a criminal warrant for his arrest on charges of possession with intent to deliver drugs and related charges.

Bayana Perdue, 23, of Philadelphia, arrested during a vehicle stop on Philadelphia police warrant on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

April DiFronzo, 36, of Downingtown, was taken into custody by police following a minor motor vehicle crash. Officers discovered there was an active criminal warrant for her arrest issued by the Pennsylvania state police on a charge of drug delivery resulting in death.

Georgia Arnett, 22, of West Chester, PA turned himself into to police on a bench warrant was issued for his arrest stemming from a previous DUI charge.
