TREDYFFRIN TWP —Tredyffrin Township police reported arrests in March including retail theft, bad checks and drunken driving.

  • Jeremy Jordon, 35, Atglen, Delaware County, was turned over to state police on a warrant for cruelty to a child after a traffic stop on March 3 when police said they found drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
  • Seih Mansaray, 43, Philadelphia, is free on $25,000 bail after being arrested on March 4 on a charge of driving without an Interlock device, which is required by law for prior drunken driving convictions. He was initially stopped for speeding.
  • Joseph Cedotal, 39, Philadelphia, is free on $23,000 bail after being arrested on March 19 on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing a weapon Police said stole $5,841 worth of merchandise from a Devon store where he was an employee.
  • Paul Michener, 52, of Conshohocken is free on $20,000 bail after being arrested on charges of carrying a firearm without a license during a traffic stop.
