Trial Date Set for Suspect Charged with Robbing Berwyn Mom at Starbucks in Wayne

Hassan Grimes, the man accused of in May, will not face a judge again until next year.

Grimes is charged with confronting the woman in the Starbucks parking lot as she was putting her child in her vehicle.

He is apparently losing the services of the second defense attorney in the case and rehiring another attorney to represent him. Grimes and his attorneys were in court Monday for what amounted to a round of procedural motions.
