Waterloo Gardens Property Is Sold
The six-acre property on Lancaster Avenue has been vacant for almost a year.
Almost a year after Waterloo Gardens on Lancaster Avenue in Devon closed its doors, news comes that someone new has bought the property.
“There is an agreement of sale,” Marc Heppe told Patch. Heppe is vice chair of the Easttown Board of Supervisors and also vice chair of the Berwyn Devon Business Association.
Developer Eli Kahn bought the 6-acre property for a reported $7 million, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
