What Should Replace this Former Restaurant?

If you've driven on Lancaster Avenue in Paoli anytime recently, you might have noticed this vacant building, formerly a Boston Market, sitting vacant on the corner of 252. You can still see read the ghost of "Boston Market" on the building.

In a former life, the building housed another fast food restaurant, Roy Rogers. Should a new fast food place go in there?
