More Maple Glen Triangle Townhomes Coming: Report
The Maple Glen Triangle is expected to have two townhome projects under construction in Upper Dublin and Horsham townships in the next year.

UPPER DUBLIN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Maple Glen Triangle is going to be the hub of construction activity over the next few years.
While townhomes are being built just across the road in Horsham Township, more housing is coming on the township's side of the Maple Glen Triangle.
Atlanta-based Pulte Homes has purchased 18 acres of vacant land at 1840 Norristown Road in the Maple Glen section of Upper Dublin Township, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

On the other side of Norristown Road, just into Horsham Township, 53 townhomes are being built on 14 acres behind the Key Bank.
Both properties were battered by Hurricane Ida, in which a tornado touched down in September 2021 and many trees were knocked down in Upper Dublin and Horsham townships.

The two projects have residents worried and wondering about the traffic congestion that will be coming to the intersection known as the Maple Glen Triangle.
The $12.2 million project calls for 72 townhomes priced in the mid-$700,000s, averaging 2,500 square feet each with three to four bedrooms, the magazine reported. The development is planned to have 21 buildings.
Pulte Homes acquired the land from Jenkintown-based Goodman Properties after a seven-year approval process, the Journal said.
The developer expects to receive final approvals soon with land development by late July, and homes to start selling later this year, the Journal said.
