Timoney Knox Education Lawyers Discuss Key Issues for Parents
Attorneys from the Fort Washington-based law firm were featured on Main Line TV 21's Legal Talk with Stacy Clark.
Timoney Knox, LLP is pleased to announce that Scott Wolpert, chair of the Students’ Rights practice and managing partner of the firm, along with Timoney Knox partner Christine Gordon, were recently interviewed on Main Line TV 21’s Legal Talk with Stacy Clark.
In their interview, Wolpert and Gordon discussed in great detail what parents should know their children are entitled to—by law— in school in terms of rights to accommodations, Individualized Education Plans and more. The two experienced special education attorneys also covered how they seek relief for children from bullying, harassment, and other harmful and unlawful activities at school.

In 2016, Wolpert and Gordon expanded the law firm’s education law practice by focusing on supporting parents and children in securing appropriate educational programs and placement for children with disabilities in public schools and ensuring the protection of the rights of all students in schools.
