It will mark the 16th location for Nudy's, a 46-year-old, family-owned chain that has long standing locations in Phoenixville, West Chester, Paoli, Ardmore, and elsewhere.
Owners say this move marks "the first step toward expansion into the northern suburbs of Montgomery and Bucks Counties."
The new store will be 2,296 square feet.
