Singles Invited to Walk, Dinner in UM

If you are tired of the bar scene, haven't met anyone like your mother said at church or are nervous to date someone at the office, it can be hard to find a nice place to meet folks in person.

While many have resorted to online dating as a great way to meet new faces in a very digital world, others prefer meeting someone face-to-face, the "old fashioned" way.

To help that along, Outdoor Singles aims to plan area events to allow adults to meet one another.

Outdoor Singles will meet at 6 p.m. Mondays, in Deep Meadow Park, 1020 Horsham Road, Horsham. There, participants can enjoy a leisurely walk.

The walk is scheduled weekly to be less than a one-mile walk. Those that choose to may enjoy an optional dinner afterward.

The Outdoor Singles can also meet at 6:30 p.m. Mondays, at Masons Mill Park, Upper Moreland Township. Again, a less than one-mile walk, along with an optional dinner is offered afterward.
