Cause Of 'Unusual Sounds' Revealed In Upper Southampton Twp.
The Upper Southampton Township Police Department said numerous calls have been reported over noise complaints.
UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Upper Southampton Township Police Department is addressing noise complaint reports.
Police said the Bucks County 911 Dispatch Center has received numerous calls regarding explosions in and around the old Bethanna Property on Second Street Pike.
Police revealed the cause of those explosions on Thursday.

Police said there is no threat or danger to the public.
The explosions are the result of training maneuvers being conducted by law enforcement, police said.

"Thank you to everyone who reached out and reported the unusual sounds," police said.
Meanwhile, in nearby Warrington Township, there are other explosions.
Those are blasting activities being conducted at the Warrington Quarry located on Easton Road in Warrington Township until 3 p.m. on Thursday.
As mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, all blasting activities will be monitored and conducted according to all state and federal laws.
