Commissioners to Consider Approval for New Neighborhood Monday

A public hearing for the Willowbrook Estates planned residential deveopment application filed by Allen Sherwood for amended tentative approval is set for 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 1, in the municipal building. 

The devepment plan contains 16 new lots and one parcel on property located at 2534, 3550, 2554 and 2560 Willowbrook Road owned by the estate of Stephen and Mae Curtis.

Residents along a private street at the end of Willowbrook are refusing to agree to turn the road into a public road, and therefore the application has been amended. 

A copy of the amendment is available for public inspection from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the municipal building.
