Upper St. Clair Adopts 2024 Budget
Find out here what your 2024 property and earned income tax rates will be.
UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA — Commissioners have adopted the township's 2024 budget, and for the 15th straight year homeowners will not see a tax increase. That was accomplished despite ongoing inflation issues, a new refuse and recycling contract and a multi-million dollar renovation of the Morton Field Complex.
The property tax rate remains at 3.83 millions and the earned income tax remains at 0.80 percent.
The township’s sewer rate multiplier will be reduced from 1.80 to 1.68 to partially offset ALCOSAN’s 7 percent rate increase. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the township's portion of the fee is reduced, while it's the 11th consecutive year that ALCOSAN’s portion increased.
