2-Hour Delayed Openings For Lower Bucks Co. Schools

Schools are being delayed in Lower Bucks County on Monday due to the storm over the weekend.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Several school districts in Lower Bucks County have announced delayed openings on Monday morning due to inclement weather from the storm this weekend.

Bensalem Township School District

Bensalem Township schools and offices are on a 2-hour delayed schedule. Students should arrive at their bus stop two hours later than their regularly scheduled time.

Bristol Township School District

Due to weather and road conditions, the Bristol Township School District will operate on a two-hour delayed opening on Monday. Please take your bus arrival time and add two hours to it for morning pickup. Start times are as follows:

  • High School: 9:13 a.m.
  • Middle: 10 a.m.
  • Elementary: 11:20 a.m. **** (Due to the delayed opening, the BTSD Elementary Schools will end at the regular dismissal time tomorrow. Afternoon conferences are cancelled and will be rescheduled.)
  • KidTime will also operate on a two-hour delay.

Centennial School District

In the interest of safe traveling, Centennial schools will open on a two-hour delay on Monday.

Scheduled bus stop times will be two hours later than normal. Centennial employees should report two hours later, unless otherwise notified.

Neshaminy School District

The Neshaminy School District will operate on a 2-hour delay on Monday. Two-hour delay start times are as follows:

Pennsbury School District

Due to the possibility of icy conditions in the morning hours, the Pennsbury School District will operate on a 2-hour delay on Monday. Two-hour delay start times are as follows:

  • Middle Schools- 9:35 a.m.
  • Pennsbury High School - 10:15 a.m.
  • Elementary Schools - 11 a.m.

Buses will arrive at stops two hours later than usual, and school will begin two hours later than usual. Some sidewalks and intersections may be difficult to cross.
