BUCKS COUNTY, PA — So, where did this summer go? We're cruising to the finish line as communities gear up for the start of the new school year.
Yes, there are still three weekends, including this one, so get to the Jersey Shore, plan a picnic at Peace Valley Park, see a summer blockbuster movie, or check out some sunflowers or car shows.
We're in the Dog Days of Summer now, and they're slipping away quickly. Bask in the weekend sunshine while you can and enjoy the last chance at summer before it's over.

Experience Sunflower Days At Bucks Co. Farm
Hellerick’s Adventure Farm at 5500 Easton Road is hosting Sunflower Days every weekend through Sept. 7. During the farm's 2025 Sunflower Days, visitors are invited to take a leisurely walk or a hayride to the farm's enchanting sunflower fields. (Read More)

New Hope Auto Show Gears Up For Weekend Showcase
With sunny, dry weather forecast for Saturday and Sunday, the 68th edition of The New Hope Automobile Show promises to be among the best yet. The event takes place this weekend on the grounds of the New Hope-Solebury High School. (Read More)

Safari-Themed Sand Art At Peddler's Village
A "Safari In Sand" featuring larger-than-life animals sculpted out of sand is open to the public through Aug. 31 at Peddler's Village in Lahaska. "Safari in Sand" is showcasing several eye-catching sculptures this summer created by world-renowned master sand sculptors - Team Sandtastic, based in Florida, and John Gowdy and Laura Gowdy, based in New Jersey. Singing Campfire At Churchville Nature Center
Sing along with the stars while camping at the Churchville Nature Center in Northampton Township. There are still openings to enjoy Friday's Singing Insects Campfire.
