Roseman shed salary by cutting Cornerback Darius "Big Play" Slay and oft-injured former Pro Bowler James Bradbury. Those cuts allowed Roseman to give stud Running Back Saquon Barkley a contract extension, rewarding him for a super season and a Super Bowl victory. Barkley is now the highest-paid running back in NFL history. And to ease fans' worries, Roseman then signed Linebacker Zack Baun to a three-year, $51 million contract, keeping the key defensive piece in place.
Say Goodbye To Sixers' Joel Embiid Once Again
It's too bad Roseman can't run the Sixers. He'd work wonders and maybe even miracles. That's what the Philadelphia 76ers need. So the Sixers are trying to find a way to get into the play-in round for a shot at the NBA Playoffs. It doesn't matter. This team will never go anywhere without a healthy Joel Embiid. When has that ever happened? Embiid has been shut down for the season with a knee injury that ruined any chance for this team's success. And if surgery is needed, next season could be in peril as well.

What Will The Opening Day Lineup Be For Phillies
So where will Trea Turner bat in the Philadelphia Phillies' Opening Day Lineup against the Washington Nationals on March 27? The Phillies need to shake up the lineup a little after fading in the playoffs for three straight years. This might be the last chance for this gang. There's no need to bat Kyle Schwarber in the lead-off spot when the guy hammers home runs and can drive in a lot of runs. Looks like Brad Marsh might play every day too. Let the games begin!
