Craft Fair at Warminster Library Saturday

The Friends of Warminster Library will hold a Craft & Vendor Fair at the library at 1076 Emma Lane on Saturday, June 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., rain or shine.  

With nearly 50 vendors offering such varied items for sale as handcrafted jewelry, wreaths, decorative soaps, all natural pet treats, baby items, candy bar cakes, art painted bottles, and custom purses, shoppers are sure to find that perfect gift for family, friends or themselves. Consultants from Tupperware, Longaberger, and Pampered Chef will be on hand, as well as skincare, cosmetics, and chiropractic representatives.

Visitors will have the opportunity to take a chance on many items donated by the crafters and vendors, participate in a 50/50 drawing, and also try their luck at winning the library’s raffle basket that contains three bottles of fine wine, wine glasses, and a $100 gift certificate to a favorite local BYOB – Augusto’s of Warminster.  

The winner of this basket will be drawn on July 1. Food will be available for sale and includes pizza, bagels, cakes, hot dogs and more.   

“We have had a tremendous response from crafters and vendors for this, our first Craft & Vendor Fair.  We more than doubled the expected number of reserved tables, and the business sector has provided a great deal of financial support,” said Ritamarie Fieo, a member of the Friends of Warminster Library and coordinator of the event.  “We are counting on a great community turnout on June 22 to make this a huge success.” 

The Friends of Warminster Library is a volunteer group that raises additional funds for the library to purchase items not covered in the library’s budget, such as furniture for the children’s area, computers, and additional books.
