WARMINSTER, PA — A Philadelphia man is under arrest after police say he sold fentanyl to a Warminster man, leading to his overdose death.

Police arrested Nicholas John Silvidio, 27, of Bridge Street in Philadelphia, on Friday. He is charged in the March 29 overdose death of 24-year-old Nicholas Hernandez. Authorities say Hernandez's body was found, in the presence of drug paraphernalia, inside his East Street Road home.

According to prosecutors, a search of his phone unearthed text messages in which Silvidio arranged to sell him heroin.
