DUI Caused 2-Vehicle Crash In Falls Township: PD
Falls Township Police said the crash occurred on southbound Route 13 late Wednesday afternoon.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man was injured following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday on Route 13 that police say was caused by DUI.
The Falls Township Police Department responded at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to the area of southbound Route 13 near Lower Morrisville Road for a two-vehicle accident with an unresponsive driver.
The preliminary investigation determined that a 47-year-old Morrisville woman driving a green Jeep Wrangler, was traveling in the right travel lane of southbound US Route 13.

Police said that's when a 31-year-old Levittown man driving a gray Nissan Altima drifted from the left travel lane into the right travel lane. The Altima struck the guardrail, then veered back into the right lane, colliding with the Jeep.
The man was found unresponsive, with injuries to his face and head. He was extricated from the vehicle, CPR was started, and a pulse was regained, police said.

Police believe the man was under the influence of a controlled substance, which contributed to the cause of the crash.
The female driver was uninjured.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and that no charges have been filed as of Wednesday night.
