Get 'Coats For Kids' In Warminster On Oct. 26

Children in need can get a free, new winter coat at the event, at the Warminster YMCA and other locations.

WARMINSTER, PA — If you know of children in needs of a warm winter coat this year, a chance to get them one is coming up in Warminster.

On Saturday, Oct. 26, the Warminster branch of YMCA will be a distribution point for the local Coats For Kids program. The event will run from 1:30-4 p.m. at the YMCA, at 624 York Rd.

Through the program, any child in need can come get a free winter coat.

The program is sponsored by the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation. Since 2003, the Philadelphia-area organization has contributed more than $13.7 million to area children's charities and donated more than 367,000 new winter coats to children in need.
