Man Charged With Trying Warminster Condo Break-In
A witness called police at about 6 a.m. on Saturday, saying the man was trying to open a window to a unit in the complex.
WARMINSTER, PA — A man was arrested in Warminster early Saturday morning after residents of a condominium complex reported an attempted break-in.
At about 6 a.m. on Saturday, the Warminster Police Department was called to a report of a burglary in progress at the Station at Bucks County Condominiums, at 330 Jacksonville Rd. A witness called to report a man trying to get into an apartment by opening the window.
Officers who arrived found the window's screens had been cut, according to police.

With the help of a K9 unit from the Horsham Police Department, officers found a ma lying on the ground near Street Road and Sunnemead Avenue. Michael Smith, a 32-year-old homeless man, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to commit burglary, burglary, criminal trespass, false ID to police and other charges.
He was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility, where he was being held in lieu of 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
