Man Fired Shots Into Warminster Hotel Room
Police are searching for the man they say used a large caliber, semi-automatic handgun in the 3 a.m. shooting
WARMINSTER, PA — Police in Warminster are investigating a shooting that happened early Monday morning at a local motel.
Police were called at about 3 a.m. to the Motel 6 at 265 E. Street Rd. There video surveillance showed a man driving an older gray or silver sedan get out of the car and approach an unoccupied hotel room.
He had a large caliber, semi-automatic pistol and, after knocking on the door and trying to get in, he fired at least two shots into the room, police said. The shots caused minor damage to the room and a neighboring room, which was occupied, they said.

No one was injured. The man then drove away.
