Ocean State Job Lot Coming To Warminster After Buying Davisville Plaza

WARMINSTER, PA — A new Ocean State Job Lot discount retail store will open in Warminster in spring of 2022, a news release announced Tuesday.

The chain store will sell household goods, apparel, pet supplies, seasonal products, kitchen pantry staples, and gourmet and specialty foods for low prices. This will be the fifth store location in Pennsylvania; the chain has 146 stores in the northeast.

Ocean State Job Lot purchased the Davisville Center shopping plaza at 808 E. Street Road, which includes more than 10 tenants such as Citizens Bank and Supercut. The new store will open in the now-closed ACME supermarket's former location. The space is 52,843 square feet.

"We are so pleased to open our doors in the Warminster community,” said Paul Cox, director of store operations for Ocean State Job Lot. “Throughout the pandemic, the company has been committed to continued expansion throughout the Northeast and we hope to continue adding additional locations in the Keystone State, creating jobs in the community and offering excellent value for shoppers.”
