Repeated Rape, Fatal Crash Sentences Delivered: Lower Bucks Co. News

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A Bristol Township man was sentenced for repeatedly raping a girl over a three-year period. Meanwhile, a Bensalem man was sentenced for killing a Connecticut couple in a crash in which he was speeding and on drugs, authorities said.

Man Faces 70 Years In Prison For Repeatedly Raping Bristol Twp. Girl

A Bristol Township man faces up to 70 years in state prison for repeatedly raping a girl who was 9 years old when the crime started, authorities said. Carlos Navedo, 52, of Bristol Township was sentenced to between 35 to 70 years in state prison for repeatedly raping the Bristol Township girl for over three years, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office said. Bucks Man Faces Decades In Jail For Killing Couple In Crash

A Bensalem man faces several decades in state prison for causing the crash that killed a Connecticut couple last February in Bristol Township, authorities said. John Thomas Wadlinger Jr., 32, of Bensalem, was sentenced Monday to up to 56 years in state prison. (Read More)

Ex-Pennsbury Music Instructor Gets Probation For Child Porn Possession

A former Pennsbury School District music instructor will not receive jail time for possessing thousands of images and videos of child pornography, authorities said. Christopher Bygott, 47, of Hamilton, N.J., was sentenced on Monday to three years of probation. (Read More)
