Snow Emergency Declared In Warminster Township
Warminster officials have issued the declaration for throughout Saturday due to a storm that is expected to bring between 2 to 4 inches.

WARMINSTER, PA —Warminster Township has declared a snow emergency in the wake of the expected storm starting Friday night.
Warminster Township officials Friday afternoon issued a Declaration Of Disaster Emergency from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday.
The National Weather Service has said that Lower Bucks County may see between 2 and 4 inches Friday night into Saturday morning.

During the snow-related emergency, the following ordinances are in effect:
Ord. No. 756: It shall be unlawful to park, or allow to be parked, any motor vehicle on any road or street within the Township when an emergency has been declared by the Township Manager or his/her designee until rescinded.

Ord. No. 702: No person removing snow or ice from public sidewalks or private property shall throw, shovel, push, plow, or otherwise move snow or ice into the public street.
Township officials are asking residents to remove any vehicles from the street before the start of the declaration so that plowing operations can be done as safely and efficiently as possible.
Vehicles found to be in violation and hindering plowing operations will be towed.
