Warminster Library Improvement Project Seeks Bidders
Improvements are in store for the Warminster Township Free Library, and officials are seeking bids for the project:
WARMINSTER, PA - Several improvements are in store for the Warminster Township Free Library, and officials are seeking bids for the project.
Sealed bids may be submitted and updated online here until 10:15 a.m. on June 30, when the bids for the fixed-fee contract will be publicly opened and read aloud at the township offices.
The project will consist of interior improvements spanning around 600 square feet), though further details were not immediately available from the township. The design firm tied to the contract is Doylestown-based Raphael Architects.

The work must be “substantially” completed within 120 calendar days after the contract begins, officials said.
Bids may be withdrawn within two business days after the opening of bids. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the library (1076 Emma Lane) on June 16 at 8:30 a.m.
