Woman Stole Identity, Spent Thousands At Bike Shops: Police
She used her victim's name to spend more than $11,000 at two Trek shops, including one in Warminster.
WARMINSTER, PA — Police are seeking a woman they say stole another Pennsylvania woman's identity and used it to rack up thousands of dollars of purchases at two bicycle shops, including one in Warminster.
Pennsylvania State Police say the victim is a 29-year-old woman who lives in White Township, in Indiana County near Pittsburgh.
Between March 5-9, they say, a woman used a fake Pennsylvania ID with the victim's name to rent a storage unit on South Front Street in Philadelphia.
