The Wounded Hero 5k & Salute to Heroes Car and Motorcycle Show is back

Come on out on September 30th at Warminster Community Park for the 11th Annual Wounded Hero 5K & Salute to Heroes Car and Motorcycle Show. Opening Ceremonies begin at 9:00 a.m. as we escort our Heroes into the park with a grand entrance! Our guest speakers are Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, and Sgt. Tyler Vargas Andrews who was critically wounded at the Abbey Gate HKIA bombing during the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The day will include a 5K race in honor of our Afghanistan Veterans and our Allies, a one-mile Memorial walk for those we lost, and a kid's run. Also for the first time this year there will be a scavenger hunt for the kids! Pick up your scavenger hunt cards at the registration table and once complete, bring to our merchandise table for a prize!

Bring a chair and enjoy great music by "The Resilient"! There will be amazing food from the "Mobile Mess Hall", Raffles, Vendors, Face Painting, Balloon animals and more!
