• State attorney general backs bill to assist in rehab after DUI (timesobserver.com) — A statewide DUI bill backed by Pennsylvania’s attorney general could directly change how Warren County handles repeat drunk-driving cases, closing a loophole that once led the local DA to halt ARD use. The measure creates a new “DUI Following Diversion” offense and tougher penalties, especially when a repeat impaired driver causes a deadly crash, and now awaits final House approval.
