• Trash Price Increase Halted In Butler Twp. - WBUT 1050 AM - Butler, PA (wbut.com) — A recent decision by Butler Township commissioners means residents won’t see a planned trash bill hike that stemmed from this year’s closure of the West Sunbury landfill. After a legal challenge from Vogel Disposal, the township and Waste Management agreed to cancel the $2.33 monthly increase and will seek new trash disposal bids early next year.
