$250,000 Powerball Lottery Winner Sold In Chester County

A customer at a local Wawa came away with a big jackpot this week.

WEST GOSHEN, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball ticket worth $250,000 was sold in Chester County this week, the lottery announced.

The Powerball with Power Play ticket was sold at the Wawa on 1195 Pottstown Pike in West Goshen on Monday, Nov. 17.

The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 7-33-50-57-66, as well as the red Powerball 23.

A $1 "Power Play option" add on to the ticket made it's value increase from $50,000 to $250,000.

The ticket also just missed the $593 million Powerball jackpot, which continued to climb Monday.

The next drawing is set for Wednesday.
