UWCHLAN, PA —A Delaware man fleeing police in a stolen vehicle Monday was arrested after a crash that injured five people, authorities said.
Marlen Cisney, 19, of Wilmington, DE, is in Chester County Prison, Pocopson Township, in lieu of $25,000 after being arraigned before District Judge N. Paige Simmons on charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy on Tuesday.

The Kia then crashed into a tractor-trailer at 11 p.m. on Route 100, near a Wawa at the intersection of Route 100 and Gordon Drive in Uwchlan Township.
The pursuit began at 10:47 p.m. Monday when Chester County Emergency Services notified police that a stolen Chevrolet Equinox was being tracked by OnStar, a vehicle security company that tracks stolen vehicles.

West Whiteland police located the Equinox OnStar and deactivated it remotely, authorities said.
Officers spotted Cisney leaving the deactivated Chevy and transferring into a blue Kia, which fled the scene.
Police attempted to stop the Kia, which turned from Route 113 onto Route 100, before crashing into a tractor-trailer.
Cisney and four others in the Kia were transported to Paoli Hospital for treatment. Cisney was released from the hospital Tuesday morning, but taken to Chester County Prison.
The other four occupants of the Kia remained in the hospital, according to police. Police said the others will also face charges.
The crash shut down Route 100 for hours, but the road has since been reopened in both directions.
