$6.3M PennDOT Roundabout Project Underway In Southern Chesco

Detours are set to begin on Monday, Jan. 22.

LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP — A $6.3 million roundabout construction project is underway at the intersection of Routes 41 and 926 and Londonderry Township, PennDOT officials announced Tuesday.

Beginning, Monday, Jan. 22, through late October 2024, Route 926 will be closed and detoured between Route 41 and Route 796.

The roundabout is being built to calm traffic and reduce speed at the busy intersection. Stormwater management and wetland mitigation will be constructed during the project.
