Chesco Nonprofit, The Fund For Women and Girls, Names New Leader
Kim Andrews, a longtime nonprofit leader, is named executive director of The Fund for Women and Girls, effective May 2.

WEST CHESTER —Kim Andrews was named executive director of the nonproft, The Fund for Women and Girls, effective May 2, the board of directors announced today.
The non-profit provides resources to help women and girls have opportunities to thrive.
The board members said in a prepared statement that Andrews will be an excellent steward of The Fund’s mission and a leader and advocate for women and girls in Chester County.

"With years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic communities, Andrews brings to this new role her strengths as an accomplished leader, collaborator, and communicator who forges meaningful community partnerships and cares deeply about women’s advancement," the statement said.
Andrews said she is honored to be selected for the position.

"Throughout my nonprofit career and my personal life, I have actively advanced women and girls, mentoring junior peers and supporting inclusion for all, and I am thrilled to have this professional opportunity to ensure that women and girls have resources and opportunities to thrive,” Andrews said.
Andrews previously served as executive director of the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia.
